Pinchus did an excellent job selling my family home. He was already helping me with many problems before he even had the contract to sell the house. This was an estate sale and there were many, many problems and he handled all the problems that came along. He put up with all my e-mails and requests for help that were many. He got more than the asking price for the house. The house was sold as is so there wasn't any need to update the house which would have been expensive and time consuming. It was a bittersweet day when we closed since the family owned the house for 65 years. I had the best realtor guide me through an very emotional and difficult time.
